Hot air generation with indirect air heater
The indirect air heater consists of an outer casing, an intermediate casing against radiation
losses, gas passes and a closed combustion chamber made of highly heat-resistant steel,
which is arranged centrically in the casing. Here the heating energy is transmitted to the
fresh air only via the heat exchanger surfaces of the closed combustion chamber and the
gas passes. The cooled combustion gases are drawn off into the open air via a chimney.
Thus the hot air is completely free of flue gases.

Indirect air heating is applied mainly for drying products for food processing.

Oil or gas fan burner
We only use quality burners of the leading European manufacturers for the hot air generation with fan burners. Depending on the heating medium and demand on the control behaviour, you can choose from different designs: 

• one, two, three-stage or infinitely variable (modulating)
• light and heavy fuel oil
• natural or liquid gas
• on demand, as blue burner in most modern emission-reduced design
• also for bio diesel or biogas
