The DryMaster is a real champion concerning drier capacity. Not without reason, it is called "the world's biggest drier on wheels". The DryMaster is a mobile continuous-mixed-flow drier with integrated energy recovery. In the basic version, the exhaust air from the cooling zone is mixed to the hot air flow (type 2). Especially maize driers with high capacity are equipped additionally with a circulating fan in order to recover and use also the exhaust air from the lower, heated drying elements (type 3).

Variations concerning the equipment:

    Hot air generation:

  • air heater units with oil or gas fan burner
  • gas line burner

Both solutions distinguish themselves by an optimum constant heat distribution with small space required.

    Fans:

  • powerful axial fan for low electrical connected loads
  • high-quality, low-noise radial fan

    Dust separation systems:

  • dust separation with pneumatic flap control
  • centro separator for dust separation far below the legal limit values.

The DryMaster works according to the proven roof principle. 
 

Pneumatic STELA twin discharge

The STELA twin discharge is a doubly effective pneumatic discharge. Greater roof depths and thus even more compact drier designs and higher air saturations can be realized. Two independently controlled pneumatic discharge systems are arranged successively and guarantee an even more homogeneous final moisture.
