belt drier – drying systems |

|
|
With the design "external air
technology", the fans and air heaters are installed
outside the drier tunnel. The drier belt is
accessible from both sides.
The
STELA circulating air system allows to adjust in
every drying zone a temperature and humidity adapted
to the requirements of the drying process.

With
the design "internal air technology", the fans and air heaters are installed
laterally at the drier tunnel in so-called "power packs".

two-belt drier with cooling zone

|

|
|
|
|
Pre-drying and main drying are
carried out on the first belt, the final drying in
the first section of the second belt. The last belt
section is designed as cooling zone.

High drying capacities are achieved on
small base areas. The moisture in products with a long retention time is
distributed especially homogeneous because of the multiple mixing when the
product is delivered onto the following belts. The speed of every separate belt
is infinitely variable by frequency converter. Thus the drier can be adjusted
optimally to the product to be dried.
