STELA Batch Drier MUF 140
- outrageous performance within a mobile drier

__________________________________________________________________________

The body of the drier consists of a specific aluminium alloy which makes it resistant against corrosion, due to the aggressive exhaust air. The self-cleaning slot plates of the body enable the drying of all kinds of cereals. The drier is designed in such a compact way that it can be moved to another site easily, thus the attribute “mobile” fully applies. This implies of course that it comes completely assembled to the customer and does not need expensive and time-consuming erection.

Due to the high producing capacity of 80 metric tons per hour of the elevators, the filling and emptying of the MUF 140 is done rapidly. A large-scale funnel facilitates the filling by the help of the elevators. The elevators also enable the product cycles during the drying process. The discharge cylinders are split along the drier and the control unit starts them at different times; thus the product runs through several temper and drying zones which results in a perfect mix.

The SPC control of the MUF 140 regulates the new temperature automatic system, the “Multi-Therm-Automatic” which results in a high efficiency. This automatism starts drying at a high temperature which is reduced continuously during the drying process in order to keep the product in good condition and to save energy.
The MUF 140 is designed for best product treatment and the best drying result with a performance of about 220 t of grain (moisture 19 % to 15 %) or 140 t of maize (35 % to 15 %) in 24 hours !
